We are looking for UAE National Fresh Graduate for Abu Dhabi Govt Entity to be enrolled in the Emiratization Graduate Program.Roles and Responsibilities Contract Management Assist in the drafting, review, and management of contracts for procurement activities.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.Procurement Support Collaborate with senior procurement staff to understand the procurement process.Help in sourcing and identifying suppliers for goods and services.Data Analysis and Reporting Compile and analyze data related to procurement and contracts.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate procurement metrics and findings.Supplier Relationship Management Assist in maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.Market Research Conduct research to identify market trends and supplier capabilities.Support efforts to expand the supplier base and improve procurement efficiency.Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.Assist in auditing procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement objectives.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancement.Professional Development Engage in training and development activities as part of the Fresh Graduate Program.Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
