Work closely with AR, AP, Treasury, Auditors, Corporate consolidation team, FP&A, and other senior management to ensure that KPIs and operational performance targets are achieved.Lead the implementation of financial accounting processes and procedures.Job Description Interact closely with the GBS team for AP, AR, and GL related challenges. Guide the GBS team through changes in the business environment.Manage statutory filings for the following locations: UAE – 2 legal entities – AE13100 and AE130100 (audit and tax)Qatar – PE audit and tax Oman – PE audit and tax ICV certification for 2 legal entities in UAEKurdistan – 1 legal entity (audit and tax)Oversee FCC and REP actual submissions for month and quarter close, including all relevant schedules and appendices.Process payroll (cash out) and post entries in SAP.Participate actively in cash collection efforts, set targets, identify bottlenecks, and improve AR collections.Approve ARCS reconciliations for scope held locally, primarily: unbilled, fixed assets, and employee-related.Contribute to the monthly forecast process and input data into relevant reporting systems.Produce monthly financial flash reports with commentary (actuals vs. forecast).Create monthly Management Performance review decks.Participate in SSI initiatives (simplify, standardize, and industrialize) and drive value from them.Be a key member of the ONE ERP implementation team.You are meant for this job if: 3-5 years of experience with SAP FICO and MM modules.Experience in preparing and finalizing statutory accounts and tax returns, preferably with Big4 firms.1-2 years of experience with ORACLE Hyperion.Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.Proven ability to drive change and implement cost-saving initiatives.Technip FMC promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other differences.
