Strategy Development Associate – i Gaming Abu Dhabi Full-time We’re looking for a Strategy Development Associate to join our high-growth i Gaming team. This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm who’s ready to move in-house and shape the future of digital entertainment.As part of the CEO and leadership team’s strategic engine, you’ll work across the business to develop and execute key growth initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, and drive performance at scale.What we’re looking for: 2–3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (e.g., Mc Kinsey, BCG, Bain) Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and commercial judgment Ability to think strategically and communicate clearly and concisely Passion for i Gaming, digital products, or consumer tech Degree from a leading university (MBA is a bonus but not required)What you’ll do: ️ Develop and refine company-wide strategy, GTM plans, and growth models️ Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to guide decision-making️ Identify and assess new markets, products, and partnership opportunities️ Support M&A and investment evaluations with strong commercial insights️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Finance️ Prepare high-impact presentations for C-level and board stakeholders Why join us?You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team building the next generation of i Gaming experiences.
