Project-Based)About the Role We are engaging a freelance Research Consultant to contribute to high-level intelligence projects focused onleadership ecosystems in the GCC region. This is a remote, research-intensive opportunity that supportsstrategic talent insight efforts.This role is ideal for individuals with experience in executive research, talent data mapping, and analyticalprofiling—especially those who have worked with C-level or specialized roles across sectors. No sales orrecruitment activity is involved.What You’ll Do• Research and identify senior-level professionals that match predefined strategic frameworks• Create high-quality reports and market maps using internal formats• Extract structured data from online platforms, professional networks, and public sources• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across research documentation• Collaborate asynchronously with a cross-functional team on a project basis What We’re Looking For• Proven experience in sourcing, people research, or business intelligence• Strong command of platforms like Linked In, Zoom Info, or public records tools• Understanding of executive functions and talent ecosystems in the GCC• Excellent organization and reporting skills; able to work autonomously• High attention to detail and delivery-oriented mindset Compensation• This is AED 5,000 per profile accepted into final project outputs• AED 1,000 per shortlisted profile advancing to second-round evaluation (if ultimately placed)Payments follow internal review and project completion.
