Operations Trainee - Front Office / German Speaker About the Role We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Operations Trainee – Front Office to join our team at Andaz Dubai The Palm, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide professional and customer-focused service, ensuring guests have a memorable Andaz experience. You will also contribute to achieving departmental KPI goals and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office. Qualifications Previous Front Office internship experience is required. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. German-speaking skills are an advantage.
