Mandatory requirements: ESTIDAMA PQP (PBRS & PCRS) & LEED AP; WELL AP (obtained or in process) is highly desirable. Potential Candidates Will Have The Below Job Specific Competencies Proven experience delivering construction stage projects within Dubai & Abu Dhabi, with PQP & LEED AP accreditation. In-depth knowledge of LEED, Estidama, Al Sa’fat certification processes, and documentation. Experience obtaining Estidama and LEED Certifications at multiple levels. Knowledge of other green building certifications such as MOSTADAM, GSAS, CEEQUAL. Awareness of WELL Certification requirements, processes, and submissions is a plus. Excellent narrative writing skills for sustainability projects. Ability to address challenges and devise effective solutions promptly. Key Responsibilities Communicate sustainability certification programs and client requirements to project teams. Review design drawings, materials, specifications, and contractual sustainability documents. Prepare documentation to maintain sustainability KPIs. Review subcontractor pre-qualifications and credentials. Review sustainability plans, procedures, reports, energy simulations, and related documents submitted by contractors. Coordinate with contractors, including MEP/Civil engineers. Review technical submittals, shop drawings, calculations, and reports for compliance. Liaise with contractor’s Sustainability Manager/Engineer for daily issues. Conduct site sustainability meetings, prepare MOMs, and review progress reports. Report on sustainability and environmental performance to clients. Review and comment on alternative sustainability proposals. Coordinate with authorities for green rating system submissions and documentation. Schedule and conduct audits, prepare reports for authorities. Conduct site visits and sustainability inspections. Prepare monthly reports, ensure QA/QC compliance, and oversee contractor’s CEMP. Ensure materials testing and sampling meet standards. Raise non-conformance notices, respond to corrective actions, and close out procedures. Inspect materials, witness tests, and ensure compliance. Develop technical and non-technical reports, support business growth, and mentor junior staff. Research sustainability technologies and promote company services. Why choose Atkins Réalis?
