To perform well under pressure, successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks whilst exceeding Guests' expectations and requests.Operational Accountabilities Understand the value of safety, exceptional customer service, and the role of a crew member in a non-scheduled, challenging operation.Work under pressure and remain calm and flexible in demanding operational requirements.Execute all onboard service aspects as stipulated in the Cabin Service Manual.Deliver the highest standard of service excellence, safety, and security onboard all Royal Jet aircraft.Communicate and report observations and VIP feedback to LFAs to ensure guest profiles are current and provide suggestions as applicable.Update job knowledge to stay abreast of latest trends and requirements in private aviation.Maintain valid documentation such as passport, visas, GCAA licenses, CMC Certificate, etc.Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality.Application Requirements Updated CV3 Full-Length Photographs3 Headshot Photographs Complete an online video interview via Spark Hire following provided guidelines.Video Interview Guidelines Answer three questions, dedicating 1-1.5 minutes per question. Choose a proper location with good lighting, face the light source, and look directly into the camera at eye level.
