Successful candidates will challenge themselves to improve processes and strategies, advancing their careers and contributing to the company's growth. You will play a key role within our sales organization. Responsibilities & Duties: Identify and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, and pinpoint opportunities where Denodo can add value. Research target companies and decision makers to understand their challenges and needs for Denodo solutions. Introduce and represent the Denodo product effectively. Create compelling emails and stories to engage prospects and showcase our product's value. Schedule engagements with prospects and the sales team. Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance lead generation and follow-up processes. Qualify accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities. Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems. Desired Skills & Experience: Results-oriented mindset. 2-5 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or business development, preferably with enterprise software or high-tech products. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus. Strong prospecting, outbound calling, and lead generation skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly and listen effectively. Capability to guide prospects in understanding how our solutions address their pain points. Comfort communicating with senior executives via social media, email, phone, and video. Persistence and patience in reaching targets. Quick learner with adaptability to change. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and good computer skills. Basic understanding of IT technologies and enterprise infrastructure.
