Partner with Talent Acquisition leads to meet recruitment needs with the best global and local talent, ensuring all sourcing and selection activities are timely and adhere to the company's recruitment policy.Key Responsibilities Support Talent Acquisition Leads with sourcing and initial screening of candidates.Provide candidate shortlists and longlists within agreed timeframes.Conduct market mapping and provide detailed data for recruitment campaigns.Assist with salary comparison surveys to inform market trends.Record activities and results to ensure merit-based decision-making.Utilize various recruitment channels such as career websites, social media, job boards, headhunting, and Linked In.Assist with assessment centers and open days to identify suitable candidates.Develop and manage Talent Pools to meet hiring requirements.Apply relevant interview techniques to match candidate profiles with business needs.Experience and Qualifications Education & Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or HR preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment/sourcing, preferably in retail or high-volume hiring.Experience within a large matrix organization is advantageous.In-House Experience Preferred: Sourcing for multiple high-volume or niche roles.Additional Knowledge & Skills: Experience with ATS systems like Success Factors is preferred.Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Experience in market mapping and data analysis.Job-specific skills include interviewing, assessment, problem-solving, communication, reporting, analytical skills, teamwork, and collaboration.Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources Industry: Internet Publishing Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at Verified Jobs.ae by 2x.Related Roles HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding Support Regional HR Operations Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Asia Oceania Africa Region Group Talent Acquisition Director (TAD001)Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (225-703)HR Manager (m/w/d) - Talent Acquisition Specialist, Finance & Trading - Dubai We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way, with AI-assisted insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
