Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest trends and research in early childhood education to continuously enhance our approach.What Makes You the Perfect Fit Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in early childhood education (preferably working towards a postgraduate qualification) with MOFA attestation. Experience: At least 3+ years in a leadership role within an early childhood setting. Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward excellence. Expertise in Early Childhood Education: A thorough understanding of early childhood frameworks and best practices. Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
