This role is essential in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements in the logistics sector.Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety rules.Maintain records of HSE performance, training logs, and safety documentation.Coordinate with authorities for permits, safety inspections, and compliance certifications.Promote a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility throughout the company.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is mandatory.Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions effectively.Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package A safety-first work culture with strong team support Opportunities for career development and professional training The chance to make a real impact on operational safety in a dynamic logistics environment Join Noorka Logistics in Dubai and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
