We work across public and private sectors to deliver future-ready solutions in Fin Tech, Gov Tech, Energy, Real Estate, Banking, E-commerce, and Utilities.We’re now expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for passionate recruiters who understand the Middle East’s IT talent landscape.As part of our recruitment delivery team, you’ll help us scale talent across domains like Salesforce, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Project Management, Business Analysis, Data & AI, Infrastructure, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and Governance/Risk/Compliance.You’ll be recruiting for clients in: Government (UAE & KSA)Banking & Fin Tech Retail & E-commerce Energy & Utilities Public Sector & Semi-Government Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process Partner with internal teams and clients on job briefs & skill requirements Source active & passive candidates via Linked In Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster, ATS, referrals, and Boolean strategies Screen and shortlist candidates across technical & functional roles Handle client coordination, interviews, follow-ups, and offer management Build strong candidate pipelines for high-demand skillsets (e.g., Salesforce, PMO, GRC, Cloud, Data, Dev Ops) Track and report on key TA metrics and recruitment SLAs Support proposal & bidding teams for public sector RFPs with CV alignment6+ years of technical recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAEStrong experience hiring across Salesforce, Fin Tech, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Project/Program Management roles Demonstrated success recruiting in sectors like Banking, Public Sector, Real Estate, Utilities, and Energy Deep knowledge of UAE & KSA hiring trends, labor laws, and market salary benchmarks Experience working with IT consulting, outsourcing, or system integrator firms Proficient in Linked In Recruiter, job boards, ATS (e.g., Zoho, Greenhouse), Boolean search Strong stakeholder engagement and offer negotiation skills3+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably with a UAE-based staffing or consulting firm Basic knowledge of GCC talent landscape, especially KSA is a plus Prior experience sourcing for roles in e Commerce, Salesforce, ERP, Business Analysis, Cloud, or Tech Support Skilled in job posting, screening, coordination, and candidate engagement Curious, high-energy, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment What You’ll Get at Dautom️ A chance to recruit for top public and private sector clients in the GCC️ Access to enterprise accounts, tech leaders, and high-value roles️ Opportunity to grow into delivery leadership, TA strategy, or global recruitment️ Competitive salary, incentive structure, and bonus potential️ Fast-paced, inclusive, and innovation-driven work culture IT Recruiter
