Senior Document Controller

Graduate Degree / Diploma / Information management related certification.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language are a must. Able to communicate verbally with confidence.Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.Knowledge in ISO and API standards related to documented information.Minimum 5 years of proven document control experience.Independently manage the overall responsibilities of a Lead document controller on projects assigned or during his/her absence.Completely aware and thorough with all document control related procedures and processes.Proficient in preparing and maintaining project specific document control procedures that meets company and client contractual requirements.Thorough with the process flows, responsibility matrices, document inflow and intervals, maturity, confidentiality, archiving processes and retention management.Coordinate with departments to update and maintain the live document distribution matrix.Well-versed in establishing and using the internal Electronic Document Management system (EDMS) and that of the Client.Able to coordinate and communicate independently on all incoming and outgoing documentation from Internal departments, Clients, Suppliers or Subcontractors Perform quality assurance checks on documents through thorough checking and validation of accuracy, completeness, compliance, check the orientation, clarity and legibility, typographical errors, duplication in line with the requirements of the procedure before uploading in the EDMS and transmitting.Responsible for maintaining the latest revisions of documents in the EDMS and that these are readily available to authorized users. #J-18808-Ljbffr
