Develop, review, and update risk management framework timely. Work with the Board in strategic decision-making and planning, optimizing risk management. Monitor risk-taking activities and exposure to ensure compliance with VA regulations, VARA Rulebooks, and company policies. Oversee the risk management department. Build strong relationships with all business units and advise on risk management principles. Report risk management activities to the Board. Manage risk training programs for the Board, senior management, and staff. Stay informed of emerging risks related to climate, technology, economy, regulation, politics, and competition. Manage relationships with stakeholders including regulators, board members, and auditors. Job Requirements: 10+ years of relevant risk management experience, preferably in financial institutions within digital finance. Strong knowledge of VA Regulations and VARA Rulebooks. Deep understanding of digital asset markets. Strong leadership skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, able to work under pressure with integrity. Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset. Strong ethics and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English.
