The resort also features an expansive pool and beach area, a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai - The Art Of Well Being, and the Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club.Job Description Perform IT maintenance activities on a monthly basis.Follow all Accor IT policies and guidelines, including user rights, security policy, backup policy, preventive maintenance, and contingency plans.Assist with the implementation of Accor IT brand standards, new technologies, systems, and projects.Identify IT-related risks and issues and escalate them to hotel management and IT Cluster Director.Escalate IT issues to the IT Cluster Director.Travel as required by the business.Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the smooth running of all computer systems for users and guests.Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.Participate in the Accor regional e Learning platform.Follow guidelines related to archiving backups, accessing records, and transferring records through different channels.Ensure backup of all relevant user-generated data.Troubleshoot, repair, and perform data backup/restoration when necessary.Monitor system and network performance daily.Install and configure software and hardware according to Accor standards.Understand and evaluate new IT developments and solutions.Identify potential upgrades, enhancements, and new products and assess their impact.Conduct basic software training.Demonstrate a good understanding of the hotel’s software and hardware.Perform tests on hardware/software for maintenance purposes.Carry out diagnostics, replace suspect components, and reload software as needed.Perform routine maintenance to prevent operational hindrances.Install only the latest, original, and properly licensed software.Maintain software licenses and follow upgrade schedules.Provide first-level local support for technology, guests, and employees.Troubleshoot issues on the hotel’s local network, computers, software, and systems.Assist with remote support as the onsite support point.Support new hotel developments and integration projects as required.Qualifications Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Experience in managing change projects within an organization.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
