This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and project management skills. The Installation Supervisor will be tasked with ensuring that all mechanical installations are conducted in accordance with project specifications, timelines, safety regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to coordinate various workflows and teams.
