With its avant-garde superyacht inspired design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the nautical trilogy alongside the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic sail-inspired Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Therapist to join our Wellness team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Perform spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring adherence to protocols and providing professional service.Ensure therapists are prepared for guests, conduct consultation questionnaires, and handle complaints or queries effectively and professionally.Maintain a clean and safe spa environment in line with regulations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and UAE regulations.Oversee therapist training paths, maintain treatment room standards, and participate in continual training with product houses.Keep treatment costing and inventory par stock updated, minimize waste, and ensure the "Cost of sales" aligns with budget.Achieve retail sales targets through personal prescriptions, provide beauty demonstrations, and maintain product knowledge.About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 3-5 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist preferably within luxury hospitality or luxury customer service Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent BTEC, BABTEC, CIDESCO or body therapy NVQ Level IV.Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity Ability to make guests feel relaxed and provide an immersive wellness experience About the Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
