Data Entry Operator- Male Candidate

Data Entry: Accurately input patient information, appointment details, medical records, and other relevant data into the clinic's Health Information System (HIS) and other databases.Record Maintenance: Ensure all patient records are up-to-date, complete, and properly filed, adhering to clinic protocols and data privacy regulations.Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of patient forms, consent documents, and insurance paperwork.Appointment Coordination: Support the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports related to patient data, appointments, and other administrative metrics as required.Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless data flow and support clinic operations.Desired Candidate Profile Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administrative support is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Health Information Systems (HIS) is advantageous.Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
