For more information visit bursonglobal.com and follow us on Linked In and Instagram.Role Overview We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated Content Producer with expertise in videography and editing to create compelling video content in collaboration with internal teams and clients. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working independently, with small teams, or with freelancers to produce exciting audiovisual content for both traditional and digital platforms.As part of a newly developed content and digital hub, you will manage requests and briefs from a team of over 100 people across the region, serving more than 50 clients, and coordinating with a network of freelancers and agencies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be client-facing, managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and providing constructive feedback when necessary.You will also be responsible for setting up and managing our post-production pipeline and backend systems, as well as helping to build and improve our production infrastructure. Your expertise will be key in advising on how to grow and refine the department to best serve our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities Produce, film, and edit content independently or collaboratively with freelancers and suppliers.Create storyboards for various formats and platforms.Support and work closely with creative and client service teams.Lead or participate in brainstorming sessions.Take briefs from clients or colleagues and incorporate feedback.Coordinate with suppliers and brief them on project requirements.Prepare and present audiovisual concepts and pitches to clients.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Advise clients on audiovisual challenges.Manage outsourced audiovisual projects.Develop and monitor project timelines.Coach and train junior team members.What We Are Looking For Curious, creative, and up for a challenge.Smart and a clear communicator.Friendly and positive with the team.Confident in client-facing situations.Passionate and knowledgeable about video and audiovisual content.Obsessive about attention to detail.Willing to work hard and travel at short notice.Background Relevant video/creative qualifications or an impressive portfolio.Experience in fast-paced agency or production environments.Our Culture & Benefits We aim to be a leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
