A Learning & Development Manager will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation by developing functional excellence among Team Members, with a strong focus on luxury service delivery.What will I be doing?As a Learning & Development Manager, you will support learning and development initiatives within Hilton’s comprehensive training framework to uphold and elevate luxury guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting departments in developing functional excellence and leadership capabilities aligned with luxury standards.Acting as a change catalyst in the cultural and organizational transformation of the hotel.Providing input on training for hotel activities that reflect the brand’s luxury identity and guest experience commitments.Inducting, coaching, and mentoring new Team Members to instill understanding of the brand’s values and service expectations.Facilitating orientation, continuous learning, and compliance training that reflect a luxury service approach.Collaborating with operational leaders to assess service delivery and provide targeted coaching based on luxury and Forbes standards.Monitoring and reviewing learning and development progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.Preparing annual training plans and calendars for the hotel.Collaborating with regional L&D teams and Hilton University resources to leverage corporate learning.Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring audit readiness, including Forbes standards.Championing the hotel’s service culture, embedding luxury and Forbes standards into all learning activities to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.Monitoring the hotel’s readiness for Forbes audits and developing action plans to address service gaps.What are we looking for?Our ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional guest service and working with others to uphold Hilton’s luxury standards. To succeed in this role, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Proven experience in luxury hospitality with facilitation of training programs aligned with Forbes standards.Knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques.Understanding of luxury service delivery frameworks, including Forbes standards, and experience in integrating these into training.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire.High customer service orientation, both internally and externally.Professional appearance and attitude reflecting luxury brand standards.Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Skill in assessing training needs, analyzing gaps, and evaluating training effectiveness.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and related software.Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.What will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is a leading global hospitality company, offering a wide range of accommodations from luxury hotels to extended-stay suites.
