If you're passionate about creating user-centric designs and exceptional digital experiences, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in the banking industry.Role Overview: As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing digital experiences that resonate with users. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft seamless user flows, design concepts, and visual components, ensuring alignment with best practices and brand principles.Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Lead the creative execution of products, driving the overall look and feel. Ensure designs align with the organizational vision and brand identity.Product Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and digital experiences using design best practices. Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers in an Agile environment. Conduct workshops with stakeholders for requirements gathering and refinement.Planning & Assessment: Estimate design efforts and plan user experience workstreams. Conduct user testing (e.g., card sorting, tree testing) to refine digital experiences. Assess existing digital interfaces for UX consistency, information architecture, and navigation effectiveness.Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers and product owners. Provide and incorporate feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and adapt based on constructive feedback.Education: Holding a degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or similar.Graduate degree (MSc/MA) is considered an asset.Experience with Design Thinking, creative outputs, and industry-standard software & prototyping tools.Hands-on experience in UX/UI or related domains.Experience (Years & Type): 8+ years of experience in a related field.Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is an asset.Experience in the GCC region is an asset.Knowledge & Skills: Human-Centered Design Practices.Designing for Native App UI.Designing for Web.Behavioral Competencies: Comfortable with vagueness and unknowns as a design thinker.Collaborative and co-creative mindset.Innovative thinker capable of challenging norms.Passionate about UX & information architecture as a craft.Self-motivated, receptive to feedback, experimentation, and learning.Problem analysis and solution design passion.Curious observer, able to identify patterns and insights through design.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
