Responsibilities Main Duties Support students' personal, academic, and career development, including guidance on university choices and skills for future success. Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored support to meet their goals. Assist students with university applications and career planning. Participate in school duties and extracurricular activities. Engage in ongoing professional development. Specific Duties: Career Counselling Implement guidance programs aligned with school policy. Guide students on career aspirations and portfolio planning. Help students identify suitable post-secondary options and support application submissions. Engage with parents and establish relationships with post-secondary institutions. Provide administrative support for applications and recommendations. Organize guidance events and maintain a calendar of key dates. Support gifted students and those with additional learning needs. Foster alumni relationships and track their pathways. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (QFE 7) in any subject, with CPD requirements met, or equivalent experience as a teacher/educator. Experience Minimum of 2 years in school or counseling settings.
