Your primary focus will be on driving sales processes, engaging with clients to understand their business needs, and demonstrating the value propositions of our solutions. With a proven ability to navigate complex sales environments, you will drive revenue growth through a consultative approach, ultimately expanding the company's footprint in key industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions, leveraging your expertise in ERP or Saa S platforms to guide potential and current clients through the entire sales lifecycle.Responsibilities Identify and evaluate business development opportunities within the ERP or Saa S domain.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients with clarity.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized client solutions.Track and analyze key performance indicators to inform business strategies.Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations throughout the sales process.Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company offerings.Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to anticipate shifts in the market.Create detailed proposals and presentations addressing client business needs.Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and sales metrics.Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, specifically within ERP or Saa S.Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions and technical information.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.Job Details Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: (Insert URL)Disclaimer Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
