Sales Executive - Hospitality and Travel Thrifty is the leading brand in the UAE’s car rental and leasing sector with the largest fleet and overt 50+ rental locations. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for Sales Executive - Hospitality and Travel.About the Role The role of Sales Executive – Hospitality and Travel is pivotal in driving the growth of our vehicle leasing and car rental business through strategic partnerships with hotels and travel companies. This position involves identifying high-potential opportunities, securing tie-ups, and nurturing long-term relationships that enhance customer acquisition and support overall business expansion.Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential hotel and travel agencies for business partnerships.Develop and maintain strategic alliances to promote vehicle leasing and car rental services.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to Hotel and travel revenue.Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements aligned with company objectives.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to create joint promotional campaigns and seamless service delivery.Monitor and analyze performance of partnerships to ensure maximum revenue generation and customer satisfaction.Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends.About You The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive, travel, or hospitality industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proactive and result-oriented.Familiarity with the travel and hospitality ecosystem is a plus.Valid UAE drivers license is a must.Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Industries Hospitality, Travel Arrangements, and Transportation Programs Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Thrifty Car Rental UAE by 2x Get notified about new Sales Executive jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Sales Executive
