This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, identifying and addressing process gaps, managing incident reporting, and supporting cross-functional reporting with Finance and Compliance.Overall Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with operational processes, standards, and procedures.Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.Manage the end-to-end incident reporting process, including escalation and documentation.Perform regular risk assessments to highlight operational vulnerabilities.Work closely with Finance and Compliance to generate reports, support audits, and meet regulatory requirements.Track the effectiveness of operational controls and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Support training and awareness efforts across teams on operational best practices.Skills Required Strong understanding of operational risk and compliance principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.Proficiency in preparing clear, data-driven reports for internal and external stakeholders.Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability.Qualifications Required Bachelor s degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or a related field.
