By developing and implementing effective strategies, managing resources, and ensuring strict adherence to design specifications and contractual obligations, this role drives project efficiency, excellence, and client satisfaction.Through expertise in fit-out processes, project management, and client engagement, the Fit-Out Manager contributes significantly to Aldar's reputation for delivering outstanding interior solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, RICS certified Chartered Surveyor.Experience and skills: Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in managing interior fit-out projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors with at least 3 years in commercial tower or mixed-use developments in the UAE. Preferably on Aldar or other high-profile developer projects. Proven track record of delivering high-quality fit-out projects within established timelines and budgets.Roles, Responsibilities, Duties: Project Coordination & Planning Oversee all aspects of fit-out projects, including initial design reviews, approvals, and construction phases.Review and understand project drawings, scope, and specifications.Develop fit-out execution plans, timelines, and coordinate with the main contractor and client representatives.Lead coordination between base build works and tenants fit outs.Develop and manage multiple comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.Technical Review and Drawing Approval Technical Review and Approval of Tenant Fit-Out Drawings across multiple assets. To ensure that all proposed works align with building regulations, safety standards, Aldar’s fit-out guidelines, and the integrity of the base build.Lead the technical assessment of tenant-submitted drawings (architectural) to ensure compliance with Aldar Fit-Out Guidelines and Design Standards and relevant statutory.Review and approve the tenant submission packages (including concept design and space planning layouts, Detailed design drawings (shop drawings, IFCs)Raise and track technical comments using a formal review matrix or system and ensure timely resolution and re-submissions by tenants or their contractors.Attend design coordination meetings with tenants, their consultants, and Aldar’s internal teams to close out design issues and achieve drawing approval within target timelines.
