Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior project management. Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and interior fit-out. Proficiency in project management software and design tools is desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Professional certification such as PMP is preferred but not mandatory.
