What You'll Own Global TA Strategy: forecast demand, craft EVP, build channel mix (Linked In Recruiter, niche boards, outbound head-hunting). Full-Cycle Execution: source, screen, assess, close; maintain relationships. Hiring Manager Enablement: calibrate scorecards, train interviewers, enforce SLAs. Process Automation: deploy and fine-tune ATS/CRM (Workable) plus AI screening, scheduling bots. Data & Reporting: deliver weekly funnel KPIs, CPH, DEI mix; iterate based on evidence. Market Mapping: maintain live talent intelligence for digital marketing, e-learning, and Saa S verticals. The Experience We're After 4+ years owning global online recruitment (exec to entry) for high-growth tech, Saa S, or digital agency groups. Track record: filling 20+ reqs/month across digital marketing, sales, product, CX, and systems & tech. Mastery of head-hunting: can surface unicorns beyond job boards. Fluent in ATS automations & AI tools (Chat GPT prompting, sourcing scrapers, video-interview AI). Comfort negotiating comp in USD, GBP, EUR & AED; aware of EOR & contractor compliance.
