The splendor of the 18th century through a prism of modern vision.A new Perfume dimension to access another dimension of the Being.About the Role Reporting to the Global Marketing team of Parfums de Marly, the Go-To-Market Manager plays a key role in leading the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives between headquarters and regional teams. Acting as a central point of contact, he/she ensures that brand strategy is consistently reflected across markets, supports the performance of product and campaign launches, and contributes to the continuous improvement of go-to-market operations. In addition to strong project management and execution capabilities, the role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration (with marketing, commercial, and operations), and a proactive approach to performance tracking and market insight integration.Key Responsibilities• Contribute to the development and deployment of go-to-market strategies for key launches, activations, and retail campaigns.• Define launch objectives and track progress through key performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, visibility, ROI).• Collect regional feedback, competitor benchmarks, and customer insights to continuously improve brand positioning and marketing effectiveness.• Prepare and present post-launch analysis and recommendations.Coordination & Regional Support• Act as a trusted partner to regional marketing teams to ensure alignment of local execution with global brand strategy.• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (marketing, commercial, production, retail, logistics) to ensure on-time and effective implementation of projects.• Lead regular market check-ins to gather performance updates and align on tactical priorities.Regional Marketing & Market Readiness• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to develop marketing toolkits (launch decks, talking points, training modules).• Consolidate and share best practices across regions to drive consistent excellence.Marketing Meetings & Internal Communication• Organize global brand events and seminars (marketing week, regional deep-dives, etc.).• Create and update marketing presentation materials, tailored by channel and region (best practices, insights, KPIs).• Maintain up-to-date marketing assets and tools (Dropbox, brand library, templates), and ensure timely dissemination.Operational Management• Manage purchase orders across regions and follow-up with production and supply chain for on-time delivery.• Oversee POSM and GWP allocations and anticipate production needs in coordination with demand planning.• Develop and optimize reporting frameworks for campaign tracking and performance reviews.• Consolidate regional forecasts and ensure alignment with demand planning and supply.Skills Required• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize• Strategic thinking combined with operational agility• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions• Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing performance metrics• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment• Proficient in Excel and Power Point; knowledge of data tools is a plus Profile• 5+ years of experience in international marketing, trade marketing or GTM coordination, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry• Fluent in French, professional level of English required• Experience in working with regional teams and multicultural environments• Passion for the world of luxury perfumery, and a deep understanding of its aesthetic and commercial codes Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing Industries Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry and Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Parfums de Marly by 2x Assistant Manager - Marketing (Emiratised Role)Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 22 hours ago Category Growth & Marketing Assistant Manager Cluster Marketing Manager - Dubai Hotels We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
