Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Our Energy & Environment (E&E) Practice Area focuses on helping clients grow in four dynamic sectors: Power & Energy; Environment & Water; Homes & Buildings; and Oil & Gas. With energy transition and decarbonization as global priorities, we provide strategic insights and tools to navigate innovation, industry transformation, and sustainability challenges. You will manage a module of work or lead a small project team (1-2 members), guiding client teams and structuring analyses to address key challenges. Responsibilities include building expertise with mid-level client management and engaging in business development activities such as preparing proposals and participating in client pitches. Conduct research and analysis through secondary research and stakeholder interactions, deriving critical insights from data. Experience in strategy and/or business planning. Develop Excel-based models such as market sizing, demand estimation, strategic attractiveness, and forecasting models. Prepare industry and competition reports, and assist in drafting client-ready deliverables. Ensure consistent, error-free submissions and take ownership of your work. Support proposals leveraging sector and technology knowledge. Stay updated with industry trends and share ideas through various platforms. Manage stakeholder expectations within the sector/practice area. Create high-quality content and collaborate with a global team to enhance client experience. Required Competencies 3-5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within relevant sectors. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or relevant engineering discipline such as mechanical, instrumentation, electrical), flexible. Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Committed to high-quality standards and discipline. Strategic thinker understanding operational contributions to broader business goals.
