This includes product development, vendor management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in delivering a magical and commercially successful retail experience.Key Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative team environment internally and externally.Manage and coach direct reports.Product Development Lead the end-to-end development and curation of Harry Potter retail products.Analyze data and leverage insights from other Miral assets.Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations through testing and audits.Manage product hierarchy and critical paths.Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to meet budget targets.Establish a tiered pricing strategy (good, better, best).Strategic Planning Support park initiatives, events, and activations.Monitor market trends and identify sourcing opportunities.Drive growth and align with strategic objectives.Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Align product offerings with IP holders and partners.Present to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 10 years in retail buying and product development.Passion for the Harry Potter brand and films.Strong leadership, analytical, and vendor management skills.Fluent in English; proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about people, service, and creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported and valued — we’d love to hear from you.
