Objective The P2P Consultant is responsible for configuring and optimizing procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA. They ensure procurement solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards, with expertise in procurement, inventory management, and material master data processes. Proficiency in integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM, etc.) is required to optimize supply chain and material flow. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve material tracking and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP MM implementations, including configuration and customization of purchasing, inventory, and material master data processes. Configure SAP Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Orders, and Goods Receipts to optimize procurement processes. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to integrate SAP MM with SD, FI, and WM modules, ensuring smooth data flow across the supply chain. Assist clients in defining and implementing best practices for material management, enhancing inventory accuracy, and reducing procurement lead times. Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to optimize material planning, procurement, and stock management. Provide training and support to end-users to increase proficiency in SAP MM processes and reduce support tickets. Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve post-go-live issues to ensure business continuity. Experience in EDI setup and interfaces with external systems. Skillset Required 15+ years SAP experience, with expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P). Proven experience in regulated manufacturing industries. Advanced business consulting skills. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Fluent in English; German/French is a plus.
