You will engage the business in ideation, exploitation, and adoption of these technologies, evolving platform capabilities alongside technological advances within the product strategy and roadmap.You will own the product lifecycle for i XR and Gen AI platforms from discovery to production and iteration. Responsibilities include establishing product strategy and governance, ensuring product standards, coaching product owners, and enabling a scalable delivery organization to leverage these innovation platforms.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with TPOs, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver Program Increment Planning, prioritizing backlogs and leading teams to ensure effective delivery.Work with architecture and service management teams to maintain scalable, high-performance products that meet business needs, considering technical debt and system enablers.Participate in sprint demos, system demos, and stakeholder workshops to drive product adoption and value realization.Ensure data integrity within the Product Catalogue and analyze metrics to improve product usage and value.Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional growth.Identify opportunities for learning, growth, and community engagement among TPM peers.Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring timely upgrades and optimal product performance.Minimize customizations and promote business process changes to utilize vendor products effectively.Leadership Role: Yes Minimum Requirements: Qualified in SAFe Product Owner (POPM or APM)8 years of total experience, with 3-5 years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner Proficiency with tools related to software delivery Strong communication skills and experience in coaching and mentoring Technical or domain expertise in relevant areas Salary & Benefits Enjoy an attractive tax-free salary, travel benefits, healthcare, leave, transport, and life insurance.
