Business Analyst

Job Description1. Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process changes if efficiencies can be gained.2. Design and develop highly scalable Zoho implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge.3. Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro-services, and SDKs.4. Experience in development and design in an Agile and Dev Ops environment, including change and release management.5. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.6. Have a comprehensive understanding of web technologies and popular open source solutions.7. Support the Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering solutions to the customer: Define and plan project milestones, phases, and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant.Drive and challenge the delivery teams' assumptions on how they will successfully execute their plans.Ensure customer satisfaction through quality deliverables on time.8. Contribute to and coordinate project-level analysis, producing required documentation such as business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans.9. Experience in domains like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma, or Manufacturing is a plus.10. Process Management and Improvement: Define and manage a well-structured project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for project delivery in an Agile environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
