Its avant-garde superyacht-inspired design completes Dubai’s nautical trilogy, alongside Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the F&B Service (Madam Li) team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties include: Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and exceptional service.Maintain guest relations, review feedback, and uphold grooming standards.Implement and uphold Jumeirah F&B standards, taking corrective actions when needed.Monitor outlet profitability, identify gaps, and implement improvements.Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management.Represent the restaurant in the absence of senior leadership, including handling financials and escalations.About You: The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or fine-dining restaurant.
