Q-Express Documents Transport - G25To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.Key job responsibilities The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to the Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise, the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize overall business risk and maintain the high Amazon quality standards. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications. The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team, serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, aligning with business objectives. Being organized, prompt in notifying off-operational situations, a problem solver, and detail-oriented are essential qualities.Additionally, you will support the Program team, which works on the back-end to gather insights, enhance the program lifecycle, and ensure Amazon standards and partner experiences are optimized.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills2+ years' experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining root causes, and tracking process initiatives Willingness to travel Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail UAE national with family book PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSThe right candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a great sense of ownership, leads by example, and can develop subject matter expertise in all operations processes.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
