Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Position Summary The Learning Program Manager will be responsible for managing FBCG's portfolio of learning programs - proprietary, retreats, internships and ad-hoc programs. The scope covers budgeting, design, delivery, partner management, and impact assessment. The role involves working closely with our L&D ecosystem - the members, their L&D experts, and learning partners - to ensure the design and delivery of fit-for-purpose programs at every lifestage. The Manager will also be charged with growing and deepening connections with the L&D network/community within FBCG.Reporting Relation This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer Role Mandate and Impact Learning programming - develop the annual calendar and budgeting based on needs-analysis and confirmed by concept-testing. Identify and secure partners, where applicable for delivery. Consult marketing team on positioning and promotion of programs.FBCG proprietary programs - manage the design and delivery of existing and future proprietary programs including Bootcamps, Pathfinder, Launch360, Leadon and Leadership Retreat, ensuring constant programmatic improvements, growing participants and deep connections with the alumni community FBN internships - coordinate with GCC hosts and interns to participate in the FBN global internship program, lead the marketing and promotion and identify success stories Ad-hoc initiatives - initiate and manage ad-hoc learning initiatives as requested by members and in-line wiht our strategic objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field5+ years experience in Learning & Development Experience in the family business sector is a plus Skills and Competencies Commercial and P&L competence Curriculum design and delivery Needs analysis and concept-testing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams Expected Travel Regionally: 1-2 times a quarter for a duration of 1-2 days Globally: 1-2 times a year for a duration of 2-3 days About Us The Family Business Council-Gulf (FBCG) is the GCC chapter of the largest global family business organization, Family Business Network (FBN), with over 20,000 members across 50 countries.
