What You’ll Be Doing Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for industry-specific use cases (legal, gov, finance, etc.)Contribute to the full model lifecycle: data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment Build intelligent agents using LLMs to automate complex workflows Stay current with emerging NLP techniques (prompt engineering, model compression, etc.)Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in machine learning / NLPStrong hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents Skilled in Python, with working knowledge of Py Torch or Tensor Flow Experience deploying models in production environments Fluency in Arabic and English (essential)Passion for applied AI and real-world product impact Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLa MA, Falcon, Mistral)Knowledge of tools like Lang Chain, Vector DBs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Background in domain-specific AI (finance, legal, govtech)This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a mission-driven AI company shaping the future of Arabic-native language intelligence.
