The Demand Generation Manager is a commercially minded marketing professional responsible for top-of-funnel marketing across the Healthcare portfolio. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and converting new prospects through strategic brand awareness, inbound marketing, and lead acquisition campaigns.By leveraging cross-channel marketing strategies, this role will drive audience growth, increase engagement, and nurture prospects into high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This role requires a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, data-driven marketing, and content-led demand generation to optimise top-of-funnel performance.This is an opportunity to shape and refine customer acquisition strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads for long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities Top-of-Funnel Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a top-of-funnel marketing strategy to attract and engage new prospects within the Healthcare industry.Drive brand awareness and audience expansion using inbound marketing tactics, including content marketing, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise reach and engagement.Map out customer journeys, creating audience segmentation strategies to capture and nurture leads.Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and audience behaviour to refine marketing approaches.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead generation objectives.Continuously test and optimise marketing tactics to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.Campaign Development & Execution Create and execute data-driven top-of-funnel campaigns that attract new audiences and generate high-intent leads.Leverage digital marketing channels (paid social, programmatic advertising, SEO, PPC, and partnerships) to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.Develop compelling content (e.g. whitepapers, blogs, webinars, thought leadership pieces) to engage and educate prospects at the awareness & Consideration phase.Work with the website team to optimise landing pages and lead capture forms for higher conversion rates.Experiment with new and emerging channels to expand audience reach and engagement.Implement A/B testing across marketing channels to refine messaging, creative, and targeting.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in top-of-funnel marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.Strong knowledge of content marketing, inbound marketing, and lead acquisition strategies.Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Linked In, Meta), and programmatic advertising.Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).Experience in data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise marketing efforts.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, digital, sales ops and sales.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messaging for healthcare audiences.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Events Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Informa Markets by 2x Assistant Manager - Marketing (F&B and Wellness) - Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Marketing Manager – Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAECategory Growth & Marketing Assistant Manager We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
