Job Description: Branch Manager – Watersports Division Location: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Operations / Management Reports to: Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Branch Manager – Watersports Division is responsible for the full operational and financial management of a specific watersports location or branch. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing guest services, maintaining equipment readiness, and driving sales performance. The Branch Manager is the key leader on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the assigned watersports location including activity scheduling, staffing, safety, and guest relations.• Supervise team members (instructors, cashiers, sales staff, maintenance crew) and ensure efficient task delegation and shift coverage.• Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, insurance protocols, and marine authority requirements.• Monitor asset readiness, maintenance status, and incident resolution.• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and handling complaints effectively.• Track sales performance, daily revenue, expenses, and prepare operational reports for head office.• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; maintain team morale and performance standards.• Manage inventory of equipment, uniforms, and supplies.• Collaborate with marketing team to execute local promotions or events.• Ensure the branch operates within budget and meets KPIs for safety, revenue, and quality control.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field (preferred).• 4+ years of experience in operations or hospitality, with 2+ years in a managerial role.• Knowledge of watersports activities and marine safety practices.• Strong leadership and staff management skills.• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.Key Skills: • Leadership and staff supervision• Operational planning and problem-solving• Customer service and conflict resolution• Sales monitoring and reporting• Budget management and cost control• Knowledge of safety and marine regulations Working Conditions: • Outdoor and indoor responsibilities in marine/beach environments.• Must be available during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.• Requires occasional lifting and gear handling.• Company uniform, phone, and radio communication provided.To Apply: Send your CV and cover letter to (fd3teamhr@gmail.com).Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Industries Sports and Recreation Instruction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Water Adventure Dubai by 2x Assistant Manager - Service Excellence - Dubai Holding Community Management Corporate Bank - Customer Service Manager - Associate / Assistant Vice President We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
