We are committed to bringing low-carbon concepts to reality.What we can offer Meaningful and interesting projects: Delivered to high-profile clients across the energy sector Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: We are actively committed to diversity and inclusion in our business Competitive remuneration package: Regular reviews to reward appropriately in line with the market Medical Insurance: Coverage for inpatient and outpatient care Group Life and Personal Accident Insurance: Life Assurance coverage End of Service Gratuity: In line with UAE Labor Law, all employees are eligible for this benefit The Employee Share Plan: Opportunity to purchase Wood shares with company matching Long Service Award: Celebrates employee loyalty at 5-year milestones Commitment to professional development: Tailored development plans to suit individual needs Global connections: Collaborate with industry experts worldwide Energy Transition Academy: Join a community sharing knowledge on existing and emerging energy systems Expected Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university, with 15+ years of relevant experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas, including at least 5 years (preferred) in the GCC region.Minimum 5 years in a similar senior role managing teams in mega oil & gas or petrochemical projects.Proficiency in process simulation software such as HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, Pipe Net, Pipesim, OLGA, etc., with subject matter expertise.Knowledge of engineering software and business tools.Experience working in multi-project, multi-discipline environments through all engineering phases.Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous.Ability to lead and supervise process engineering teams through feasibility, conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases.Responsible for process design, supervision, and review of work, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with standards.Review and approve process flow diagrams, P&IDs, safety calculations, and dynamic studies.Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met.Participate in safety reviews such as HAZOP and SIL.Identify and implement new work methodologies for productivity improvements.Assist in supplier evaluations, project reviews, and client discussions.Manage project teams as Lead Discipline Engineer when assigned.Mentor junior engineers and support training initiatives.Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.Company Industry Department / Functional Area Keywords Lead Process Engineer Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
