You will join at a pivotal time and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth story.We are hiring a driven sales professional with a strong hunting mentality, someone who thrives in developing new business and winning major accounts.Responsibilities: Develop new business relationships and expand our market presence.Prospect, cold call, and set appointments with senior-level prospects to increase footprint in the market.Consistently meet and exceed license, support, and service revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis.Build close relationships with the Channel Manager for the region and collaborate with partners and distributors.Strategically plan accounts and manage opportunities to maximize account penetration.Report on pipeline and forecasts accurately and regularly in collaboration with sales operations.Coordinate with sales engineering and professional services teams, including partners, to position Splunk's offerings effectively.Utilize sales methodologies and processes from prospecting to closing to achieve success.Act as a brand ambassador for Splunk in all internal and external interactions.Experience: Proven enterprise software sales experience in a B2B environment within the Public Sector in Abu Dhabi is a MUST.Existing networks and contacts within Abu Dhabi's Public Sector are essential.Reside in Dubai.Strong hunting mentality with the ability to confidently close new business.Understanding of forecasting commitments and accuracy.Excellent time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.Ability to work independently and remotely.Extensive experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.Track record of sales success with prospects and customers in the Spanish territory.Proficient in Arabic and English.Minimum education: Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.Splunk, a Cisco company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
