It's a part of our DNA and what drives us.This role involves : Planning and executing Live, Sports, and Corporate events from end to end, ensuring high-quality standards and operational excellence.Collaborating closely with departments like F&B, Security, Technical, and Marketing to coordinate event requirements and delivery.Acting as the key liaison for clients and promoters, handling requests, last-minute adjustments, and upholding arena standards.Managing staffing plans, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring appropriate coverage for medical, safety, and guest services.Overseeing venue readiness through checks and risk assessments in coordination with the Safety Officer.Leading event-day operations, supervising staff, and conducting post-event reviews to support continuous improvement.This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship.
