It is looking for an experienced lawyer to play a key role in a growth sector in the region. Role Responsibilities Handling digital payments matters, including commercial and regulatory issues. Managing data protection and security matters. Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including regulated outsourcing, with experience on both customer and supplier sides. Licensing IP / IT and related diligence for transnational work.
