Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will assist in coordinating equipment, managing on-site technical teams, and ensuring that all technical aspects are executed to the highest standards.What You’ll Do️ Technical Coordination – Assist in planning and executing technical setups for live events, performances, or shows. Team Leadership – Supervise and support technical staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols. Equipment Management – Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and transportation of technical equipment. On-Site Support – Provide technical assistance during rehearsals and live events, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met.About You️ Experience – Minimum of 4 years in technical production for live events, with a strong understanding of AV, lighting, and rigging systems.️ Leadership – Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams in a fast-paced environment.️ Problem-Solving – Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.️ Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.️ Adaptability – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.What You Need to Apply Qualifications – Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in event production.
