One-of-a-kind experiences delivered by energised and enthusiastic teams, exceeding the highest standards.About the role BLR WORLD is hiring Museum Educators to be responsible for designing and delivering interactive, engaging, and informative interpretive programmes for the Zayed National Museum. The Museum Educators will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Interpretive Experience team to design high-quality, engaging workshops and interpretive tours that connect diverse audiences to the museum's story and collection.Ensure that story-led, visitor-focused, object-rich learning experiences meet international standards in interpretation.Create a welcoming environment conducive to experiential informal learning through tours, projects, workshops, and materials.Support the team by providing data on audience participation in workshops and tours.Stay updated on interpretation trends locally and internationally to keep programmes relevant.Coordinate schedules of all programmes and workshops across projects.Maintain an archive of programmes and workshop materials.Required Experience Minimum of 2 years experience designing and leading educational workshops in museums, cultural, or educational settings.Experience developing interpretive themes, visitor journeys, exhibits, storyboards, and content with clear learning outcomes, including emotional and action-based outcomes for diverse audiences.Strong organization and communication skills.Knowledge of relevant museum subject matter.Ability to lead interpretive tours and workshops effectively.Skill in tailoring complex messages for varied audiences.Knowledge of current museum interpretation, visitor experience, and engagement practices.Commitment to inclusive and accessible interpretive experiences.Knowledge of evaluation methods and program design.Fluency in Arabic and English.Preferred Experience Additional languages.Knowledge of UAE culture and heritage.Required Education / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in tourism, art, history, museum studies, or relevant field.Location and Commitment Full-time role, 5 days a week, 8 hours daily, including 1-hour lunch.Weekly off: 2 days (non-consecutive).Location: On-site at the museum in Abu Dhabi Why Join BLR WORLD?Join us to contribute to the success of the Zayed National Museum and enhance visitor engagement through world-class museum education services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
