Experience: 3+ Years Job Overview We need a results-driven Sales Specialist with 3+ years of experience in (B2B/B2C sales, Saa S, real estate, etc.). You ll be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while representing KILONEWTONS in the UAE market.Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive + Commission Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Conduct product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).Requirements3+ years of proven sales experience (B2B/B2C, (industry-specific)).Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.Excellent communication (English + Arabic preferred).Proficiency in CRM tools & sales analytics.UAE driving license (preferred for client meetings).Immediate joiners preferred.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
