The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth office operations, and maintain a positive work environment.Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: Participating as a Fire Marshall and First Aider team member.Assisting in office refurbishments, relocations, and seating arrangements.Preparing purchase requests, orders, and payment vouchers for suppliers.Maintaining office folders, trackers, and inventories.Handling office maintenance issues (AC, equipment repairs).Ordering and distributing office stationery and supplies.Managing food, water, pantry supplies, and cleaning materials.Scheduling and tracking AMCs for office suppliers (pest control, AC, water filters, etc.).Sourcing suppliers for office furniture and equipment.Monitoring AED machine maintenance and replenishing First Aid supplies.Assisting in document destruction and building work permits.Documenting incidents and managing file migrations.Arranging uniforms and badges for staff and visitors.Coordinating parking access and reporting issues in common areas.Desired Skills & Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience as an office administrator or assistant.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software.Fluent in English.UAE National with Family Book. #J-18808-Ljbffr
