We empower our customer to focus on its missions, confident that its land-based platforms and systems, warfighters and other personnel are in optimal condition to operate at peak performance.Key Responsibilities: Track and maintain records of a variety of training programs by keeping records of attendance, training requests, evaluations and post-training evaluations.Provide periodic reports and matrices regarding training activities.Monitor the yearly training calendar and prepare the training announcements accordingly.Update the training master tracking list continuously.Notify the relevant manager before any change or update in the yearly training calendar.Contribute to the development of training systems and strategies.Facilitate required logistics for any internal training.Organise and conduct orientations (new joiners, work placement, etc.).Develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists and action plans of company training activities.Submit weekly status and monthly reports.Ensure all training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.Ensure that all internal training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.Ensure all property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.Support other members of Corporate HR in fulfilling their roles.Perform other duties as required by the Director, Human Resources.Experience and Education : Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or Equivalent years of Experiences in the same field A minimum of five to six years of experience in HR training related activities is required.Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.Skills: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.ability to work well under pressure while interacting effectively with all levels of employee.Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and HR software is preferred.The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required.
