You will be in a supportive place to grow, to fulfill yourself, to discover other professions and to pursue career opportunities, in your hotel or in other hospitality environments, in your country or anywhere in the world!You will enjoy exclusive benefits, specific to the sector and beyond, as well as strong recognition for your daily commitment.Everything you will do with us, regardless of your profession, will offer a deep sense of meaning, to create lasting, memorable and impactful experiences for your customers, for your colleagues and for the planet.Hospitality is a work of heart,Join us and become a Heartist.Job Description Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels Manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content Update and optimize the hotel content on Direct, Indirect channels and online listings Review and monitor hotel’s competitor set regularly and maintain competitiveness in content quality and offer appeal Manage the active presence of the property on social media channels Monitor and optimize traffic acquisition levers at hotel level including SEO, Display, Paid Social, Metasearch Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets in line with strategy and guidelines Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance Assist in ensuring rate parity with the Revenue Director/Manager across all online distribution channels Qualifications Knowledge and experience in hotels Minimum Certificate holder and above Good understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office Knowledge of video and photo editing tools Experience using Adobe Experience Manager for digital content management Additional Information Excellent English, oral and written. Additional languages are an advantage.Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels Service-oriented with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Good presentation and influencing skills Multicultural awareness and adaptability Flexible, proactive, and responsive to change Self-motivated, energetic, and maintains high integrity and confidentiality Sense of urgency #J-18808-Ljbffr
